Description
The Keysight 11970V waveguide mixer is a general-purpose harmonic mixer employing a dual-diode design to achieve flat frequency response and low conversion loss. These are achieved without external dc bias or tuning stubs. Manual operation and computer-controlled hardware operation are simplified because mixer bias and tuning adjustment are not required. The 11970V extends the frequency range the Keysight N9030A PXA high-performance signal analyzer to the V-band (50 to 75 GHz). It is also fully compatible with other Keysight spectrum analyzers including: the E4440A/46A/48A PSA (with Option AYZ), the E4407B ESA-E (with Option AYZ), the 856xEC, the 8566B (with a preamplifier), and the 7000 modular analyzer (with the 70907A/B external mixer interface module). An external diplexer is required to connect the 11970V with the N9030A PXA (with Option EXM). The recommended diplexer can be purchased from Keysight as model number N9029AE13 or from OML, Inc as model number DPL.313B. Contact your Keysight sales representative for ordering the N9029AE13.
